REST and MCP with one key
Credits per call, on every plan
The notices your team reads in Tendersight, delivered to your CRM, your data warehouse or your own agent.
The API reads the same index as Tendersight Leads. Use it to feed a sales pipeline, enrich buyer and supplier records, or give an agent its own tender search.
What the API returns.
Six kinds of data, across 9 endpoints.
Notice search
Filter by text, CPV code, buyer country and region, estimated value in euros, deadline, publication date and notice type.
Notice details
One notice by its key, with its buyers, estimated value, deadlines, award criteria, CPV code and procedure status.
Tender documents
The list of a notice's documents, and each file, downloaded through the API.
Bids and winners
Who bid on a notice, the value of each offer and who won, where the source publishes them.
Buyers and suppliers
Search the buyers that published notices by any part of their name or a fiscal identifier. Look up any buyer or supplier by its fiscal identifier or key.
Filter metadata
The filter values the search accepts and how many notices each one holds. This call uses no credits.
From sign-up to your first call.
An account, a key and one header. The API reference lists every endpoint, field and error.
01
Create a free account
Sign up for free. Every plan includes the API, and calls draw on the same credits as the rest of Tendersight.
02
Create an API key
A team owner opens API keys in the team settings, names the key and picks its scopes. The key is shown once, so store it safely.
03
Make your first call
Send the key as a Bearer token. Start with a notice search, then open the notices, documents and bids it returns.
- Authentication
Authorization: Bearer tsk_live_…Send the key with every call. It stops working as soon as it is revoked.
- Scopes
notices:readdocuments:readawards:readorganizations:readA key carries only the scopes you pick. A call outside them gets a 403.
- Pagination
continuationTokenA search returns up to 100 notices a page and a token for the next one. Send the token back to continue.
- Rate limits
429Retry-After10 requests a second and 100,000 a day per key by default. Past the limit, the API answers 429 and says when to retry.
- Errors
application/problem+jsonProblem details in JSON: 401 for a missing, unknown or revoked key, 402 when the team's credits cannot cover the call, 403 for a missing scope, 429 for too many requests.
- Credits
X-Credits-ChargedX-RateLimit-RemainingEach response says what the call used and how many requests are left. Only successful calls use credits.
Pay per call, in credits.
Calls draw on your team's credit balance, the same one Flow uses in the app. On Team, credits cost €2.50 per 1,000. A free account gets 2,000 credits at sign-up.

Questions about the Tendersight API
Which tenders does the API cover?
The same notices as Tendersight Leads: public tenders from 28+ official sources, with their documents, the buyers and suppliers involved and, where the source publishes them, the bids and winners.
How much does a call cost?
Each successful call uses between 0 and 5 credits from your team's balance, depending on the endpoint. The table on this page lists every endpoint, and failed calls use none.
Can I try the API for free?
Yes. The API is on every plan, Free included. A free account gets 2,000 credits at sign-up, and API calls draw on them like the rest of Tendersight.
What are the rate limits?
10 requests a second and 100,000 a day per key by default. Past the limit the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header, and responses carry X-RateLimit-Limit and X-RateLimit-Remaining.
How current is the data?
Each call reads the same index the Tendersight app searches, and that index is updated daily from the official sources.
Who can create and revoke API keys?
Team owners, in the team settings. Each key has a name and its own scopes, is shown once when it is created and stops working as soon as it is revoked.
Create a key and make your first call.
Start for free, create an API key in the team settings and follow the API reference.
