   Connect an account

   In Tendersight, open Settings, then Integrations, and connect DocuPotion.

2. Assistant access

   • Disabled
   • Read only
   • Read and write

   Flow can read information but cannot send messages or change data.

   Choose what the Agent may do

   Choose the Agent’s access: Read only, Read and write, or Disabled.

3. Save the filled technical offer to the tender folder in DocuPotion.

   Ask, or let an event start the work

   Ask Flow, or have it set up an event trigger for DocuPotion.

What Flow can do depends on what DocuPotion offers through its API and on the access you choose.

DocuPotion is a document generation service that creates PDF and PNG files from reusable templates and structured data. It helps teams turn clean data into polished documents without hand-building every file.
