In Tendersight, open Settings, then Integrations, and connect iLert.

Choose what the Agent may do
Choose the Agent’s access: Read only, Read and write, or Disabled.

Ask, or let an event start the work
Ask Flow, or have it set up an event trigger for iLert.
What Flow can do depends on what iLert offers through its API and on the access you choose.
