Flow can read messages and channels in Outlook, and with read and write access it can draft and send messages, after you approve each one.
It asks for your approval before it changes anything in Outlook. Connect by signing in with Outlook.
Connect Outlook in three steps

In Tendersight, open Settings, then Integrations, and connect Outlook.

Choose what the Agent may do
Choose the Agent’s access: Read only, Read and write, or Disabled.

Ask, or let an event start the work
Ask Flow, or have it set up an event trigger for Outlook.
What Flow can do depends on what Outlook offers through its API and on the access you choose.
