In Tendersight, open Settings, then Integrations, and connect Zoho.

Choose the Agent’s access: Read only, Read and write, or Disabled.

Ask, or let an event start the work
Ask Flow, or have it set up an event trigger for Zoho.
What Flow can do depends on what Zoho offers through its API and on the access you choose.
