Achiziția a 162 kg absorbant natural biodegradabil cu următoarele caracteristici: Absorbant natural biodegradabil pe bază de turbă; Pentru ulei mineral de transformator, ulei sintetic, motorină; Se poate utiliza pe sol; Capacitate de absorbţie: 1:8 ori greutatea lui; Stare fizică solidă (particule fibroase); Hidrofob şi oleofil; Solubilitate: insolubil în apă; Să nu fie toxic pentru om, floră, faună; Să nu permită poluantului să se scurgă după ce a fost absorbit; Produsele vor fi ambalate în saci de circa 18 kg; Termen de garanţie: minim 12 luni. Livrarea produselor se va face în termen de maxim 15 zile de la transmiterea comenzii. Valoarea produselor va include livrarea la locația achizitorului: în Cluj Napoca. Plata facturii se va face cu OP în termen de maxim 30 de zile de la acceptarea la plată a facturii emise în sistemul RO e-Factura, după efectuarea recepției cantitative și calitative. Achizitia se va finaliza prin postare în catalogul electronic din SICAP de către operatorul declarat câștigător în urma analizării ofertelor. În cadrul ofertei, ofertantul va trimite în mod obligatoriu datele de identificare ale firmei, numărul de telefon, număr de fax(dacă există) și adresă de e-mail. Valabilitatea ofertei va fi de minim 30 de zile. Ofertele pe produs, a căror valoare depășește valoarea estimată, nu vor fi luate în considerare. În cadrul ofertelor vor fi transmise: marca produsului, imagini ale produsului ofertat, însoțit de caracteristicile tehnice, cu încadrare în caracteristicile tehnice solicitate. Ofertele se vor transmite pe adresa de email: [email protected]. Termenul limită de primire a ofertelor: 20.03.2026 ora 12:00.
