Ofertele care nu vor conține toate produselor solicitate, nu vor fi acceptate. Prețul produselor va cuprinde furnizarea și livrarea produselor. Toate produsele vor fi livrate la sediul PS1 din Bd Banu Manta nr. 9. Produsele se vor livra marcate şi ambalate conform prevederilor din standardele de execuţie ale acestora, astfel încât să se asigure integritatea lor pe timpul transportului, manipulării şi depozitării; Asigurarea produselor pe timpul manipulării (încărcării/descărcării) şi a transportului de la locul de origine până la locația de livrare, cade în sarcina exclusivă a furnizorului. Furnizorul, în condiţiile legii, va prezenta, la livrare, următoarele: Documentele de însoţire a mărfii (aviz de însoţire a mărfii/aviz de expediţie etc.); Certificat de garanţie tehnică de la producător (dacă este cazul); Termenul de livrare este maxim 14 zile de la data comenzii ferme din partea achizitorului. Plata se va face după recepția produselor furnizate, pe baza facturii emise de către furnizor, în termen de 30 de zile de la transmiterea facturii prin intermediul platformei RO-Factura și înregistrarea acesteia la achizitor.
