Achizitia de hartie igenica 320 bucati Hârtie igienică - lungimea 13 – 14 m - 3 straturi - dimensiune foaie 12 x 9,2 cm - fisa tehnica a produsuluI, fișe de securitate sau eticheta produsului. Operatorii economici interesati vor transmite o oferta pe adresa de e-mail [email protected] pana la data si ora prevazute in prezentul anunt de publicitate, continand minimum urmatoarele documente: - propunerea financiara ce va cuprinde valoarea totala fara T.V.A a serviciilor/produselor solicitate; propunerea tehnica ce va cuprinde specificatiile tehnica si fisele tehnice ale produselor conform matricei anexate - anexa cu pretul unitar fara T.V.A. pentru produsele/serviciile solicitate; - xerocopii dupa documentele care atesta ca operatorul economic este autorizat sa presteze serviciul solicitat, daca sunt solicitate. Oferta trebuie sa fie valabila 30 zile. Achizitia se va desfasura prin intermediul platformei S.E.A.P. In urma analizei ofertelor, va fi anuntat doar ofertantul declarat castigator. Ofertantul declarat castigator va fi acela a carei oferta va corespunde din punct de vedere tehnic si va avea pretul cel mai mic pentru serviciile/produsele solicitate. Furnizarea produselor de igiena personală Furnizarea produselor se va face la sediul ISU Suceava, Str. Universităţii, nr. 14. Recepţia cantitativă şi calitativă a produsului se va efectua în ziua livrării la sediul beneficiarului de către delegaţii autorităţii contractante. Bunurile materiale trebuie să corespundă cantitativ și din punct de vedere tehnic cu caracteristicile solicitate. În caz contrar, Beneficiarul îşi rezervă dreptul de a nu efectua recepţia produselor. Documentele care atestă calitatea produselor vor fi anexate la documentele de livrare a mărfii. Recepţia se face, în mod obligatoriu, pe baza următoarelor documente: a) factură fiscală (cu denumirea exactă a produselor ofertate, stabilite câştigătoare)
