Achizitie biciclete electrice Achizitie biciclete electrice conform anunt atasat. Oferta tehnico-financiară semnată si cu datele de identificare ale firmei, va fi transmisă în format electronic la adresa [email protected] până la data de 06.02.2026, ora 12.00. 1. Pretul va fi unitar, fara TVA si exprimat in RON si va cuprinde toate cheltuielile legate de transport si instalare la sediul beneficiarului din cadrul Universităţii din Craiova. 2. In oferta tehnica vor fi specificate modelul, caracteristicile si producatorul produselor ofertate. 3. Garanție: 24 luni de la instalarea echipamentului, in perioada de garantie se va asigura service cu personal de service specializat. 4. Va fi specificat termenul de valabilitate al ofertei, minim 60 de zile. 5. Va fi specificat termenul de livrare, maxim 30 zile. 6. Modalitate de plata: Contractantul va emite factura pentru produsele livrate. Fiecare factura va avea menționat numărul contractului, datele de emitere și de scadența ale facturii respective. Facturile vor fi trimise în original la adresa specificata de Autoritatea contractantă. Factura va fi emisă după semnarea de către Autoritatea contractantă a procesului verbal de recepție. Procesul verbal de recepţie cantitativ - calitativă semnat de ambele părţi va însoţi obligatoriu documentele de plată. Plățile în favoarea Contractantului se vor efectua în termen de 60 zile de la data emiterii facturii fiscale în original și a tuturor documentelor justificative pe baza mecanismului de cereri de plată. Nu se acceptă plata în avans, conform HG 264/2003 modificată şi completată. Ofertantul va elabora propunerea financiară astfel încât aceasta sa furnizeze toate informaţiile solicitate cu privire la preţ precum şi la alte condiţii financiare şi comerciale legate de obiectul contractului de achizitie publica. 7. Documentațiile pe care Contractantul trebuie să le livreze Autorității contractante în cadrul contractului sunt: - Factura, - certificat de garanție, - certificat de calitate pentru fiecare tip de produs - certificat de conformitate CE.
