ACHIZITIE CONSUMABILE IT (PATCHCORD) Unitatea Militara 0903 Bacau, in calitate de autoritate contractanta, intentioneaza sa achizitioneze: 60 buc - Pachcord 0.5 m cat6 albastru, 60 buc - Pachcord 0.5 m cat6 rosu, 60 buc - Pachcord 0.5 m cat6 verde. Poate participa orice operator economic interesat care depune o oferta in limba romana, din care sa rezulte denumirea comerciala a produselor ofertate, cantitatea ofertata, pretul unitar fara TVA si valoarea totala a ofertei, fara TVA. Oferta (propunerea financiara) va fi transmisa autoritatii contractante la adresa de e-mail: [email protected], si va fi insotita de propunerea tehnica. Propunerea tehnică se va redacta sub forma unei matrice, astfel incat sa se asigure posibilitatea verificarii corespondentei caracteristicilor tehnice ale produselor ofertate. Prezentarea unor propuneri tehnice care nu satisfac cerintele solicitate au ca efect declararea ofertelor respective ca fiind neconforme. Termenul de valabilitate a ofertelor: 30 zile. Ofertele au caracter ferm si obligatoriu d.p.d.v. al continutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate a ofertei. Nu se accepta oferte alternative, Operatorul economic castigator, are obligatia sa aiba sau sa isi deschida cont la Trezoreria Statului. Produsele trebuie sa fie noi si insotite (la livrare) de certificat de garantie si declaratie de conformitate. Ofertantul declarat castigator va livra produsele gratuit, la sediul unitatii din Bacau, str. Henri Coanda, nr. 5 -12, pana la data de 15.11.2024, pe baza de factura fiscala, însotite de certificate de garantie si declaratii de conformitate. Produsele care nu corespund solicitarilor tehnice vor fi inlocuite de ofertant, fara alte cheltuieli suplimentare, la cererea achizitorului, in termen de 48 de ore. Plata se va efectua in maxim 30 de zile de la receptia în totalitate si fara obiectiuni ale produselor, cu ordin de plata in contul ofertantului declarant castigator, in format IBAN, deschis la Trezoreria Statului. Termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor este 22.10.2024, orele 12:00. Produsele trebuie sa fie livrate pana la data de 15.11.2024.
