Achizitie directa BVC Furnizare de bonuri valorice pentru carburanti: 500 bucăţi (file) bonuri valorice de carburant auto, în formă de cotoare de 25 file x 30 lei/fila, cu un total de 20 carnete și o valoare estimată de maxim 12.605,04 lei fără TVA si 15.000,00 lei TVA inclus, conform solicitarilor din prezenta invitație. Informații privind modul de elaborare a ofertei: Oferta va conține propunerea tehnică și propunere financiară. • Propunerea tehnică va fi întocmită și prezentată astfel încât să se asigure posibilitatea verificării corespondenței propunerii tehnice cu specificațiile tehnice prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini, considerate minime si obligatorii. • Propunerea financiară: Prețul ofertei se va exprima în lei fără TVA, evidenţiindu-se distinct valoarea taxei pe valoare adaugată, și reprezintă valoarea ofertată. În vederea compararii preturilor ofertate, toate preturile vor fi exprimate in cifre cu doua zecimale. Prețul oferta este ferm, nu se actualizeaza si nu se revizuieste. • Odată cu oferta operatorii economici vor prezenta documentele solicitate. Fiecare bon/filă va fi împărţită în aşa fel încât o parte va rămâne ataşată la cotorul carnetului, iar cealaltă parte se va desprinde în vederea efectuării plăţii carburantului; Bonul/fila va avea element de securitate şi antifalsicare; Ambele părţi ale bonului valoric vor avea înscrisuri identice si anume: - numele societăţii care vinde carburantul; - domeniul de aplicare ( carburant auto); - valoarea filei în cifre şi litere; - serie şi număr. Fiecare filă din carnet va avea amprenta societăţii care comercializează carburantul; Adresa la care se transmit/depun ofertele: Ofertele vor fi transmise pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected] sau la Registratura I.T.M. Constanţa, Str. Decebal nr.13C, Constanţa, până la data limită de depunere a ofertelor, în care se va preciza obiectul achiziţiei și datele de identificare ale ofertantului. Termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20.05.2025, ora 12:00. Data, ora și locul deschiderii ofertelor: 20.05.2025, orele 12:30 la sediul autorității contractante din str. Decebal nr.13 C, Constanța.
