- Description
Inspectoratul de Poliţie al Judeţului Ialomiţa intenţionează să achiziţioneze prin cumpărare directă materiale de construcții, conform anexei atașate prezentului anunț. Produsele se vor livra în termen de maximum 5 zile de la transmiterea comenzii ferme conform anexei atașate (Post de Poliție Movilița, localitatea Movilița, Calea București nr. 109, jud. Ialomița, iar diferența la sediul Inspectoratului de Poliţie Judeţean Ialomiţa, Strada Matei Basarab, Nr. 13-15, Slobozia, judeţul Ialomiţa. Plata se va efectua în lei, în termen de 30 zile de la data recepţiei cantitative şi calitative a produselor. Furnizorul este obligat să suporte toate cheltuielile legate de transportul produselor, iar acestea trebuie însoţite de specificații tehnice, certificate de calitate/conformitate și garanţie, după caz. Oferta depusă de operatorii economici interesați va conține următoarele documente: 1. Propunerea financiară; 2. Propunerea tehnică ce se va întocmi în conformitate cu prezentul anunţ de publicitate. Perioada de valabilitate a ofertei sa fie 30 zile, având caracter ferm si obligatoriu din punct de vedere al continutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate. Oferta de pret va fi transmisa pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected] pana la data de 26.03.2026, ora 12:00. Ofertele transmise după data și ora limită de transmitere nu vor fi evaluate. Cerinţele impuse vor fi considerate ca fiind minime şi obligatorii. Oferta care nu respectă cerințele minime obligatorii solicitate va fi considerată neconformă şi va fi respinsă. Pretul ofertat va fi exprimat în lei, fără TVA, respectiv cu TVA, cu maxim 2 zecimale. Societăţile comerciale care depun oferta trebuie sa deţină cont la Trezoreria Statului. Oferta se va întocmi per pachet. Alte informatii necesare depunerii ofertei pot fi solicitate la adresa de mail [email protected] sau tel la nr. 0243207591. Achizitorul are deplină decizie în selectarea ofertantului câștigător, fără a fi obligat să prezinte justificari celorlalți ofertanți participanți. Autotitatea contractantă nu are obligația de a face comunicări scrise. Prezentei achiziții nu i se aplică prevederile referitoare la soluționarea contestațiilor de catre CNSC, achiziția directă nefiind o procedură de atribuire, a unui contract de achiziție publică.
