Dulap tip documente - cantitate - 7 buc., pret unitar estimat lei fara TVA - 1.652,89 lei/buc; 2. Dulap tip vestiar - cantitate - 10 buc., pret unitar estimat lei fara TVA - 1.239,67 lei/buc; 3. Scaune conferinta - cantitate - 30 buc., pret unitar estimat lei fara TVA - 165,29 lei/buc; 4. Suport ergonomic picioare - cantitate - 25 buc., pret unitar estimat lei fara TVA - 247,93 lei/buc. Produsele nu se achizitioneaza la pachet. Perioada de valabilitate a ofertei sa fie de 60 zile, având caracter ferm si obligatoriu din punct de vedere al continutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate. Oferta de pret va fi transmisa pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected] sau la numarul de fax +40 213132761 si va fi insotita de caracteristicile tehnice ale produsului ofertat pentru a se putea verifica conformitatea cu specificatiile tehnice ale produsului solicitat. Oferta va fi intocmita in conformitate cu cerintele mentionate in prezentul anunt de publicitate, caiet de sarcini si specificatii tehnice. Pretul ofertat va fi exprimat în lei, fara TVA, cu maxim 2 zecimale. Ofertantii declarati castigatori vor transporta produsele gratuit la sediul MAI din Bucuresti. Termen de livrare: max. 15 zile de la transmiterea comenzii ferme. Termen de plata: maxim 30 de zile calendaristice de la primirea facturii si receptie, in contul de TREZORERIE (cf.prev.OMFP nr. 1235/2003) al operatorului economic declarat castigator, prin OP, din conturile de virament ale beneficiarului, în conformitate cu prevederile art.6, alin.(1) din Legea nr.72/2013 privind masurile pentru combaterea întârzierii în executarea obligatiilor de plata a unor sume de bani rezultând din contracte încheiate între profesionisti si între acestia si autoritati contractante. Dupa caz, la livrare, produsul va fi insotit de certificat de garantie, certificat de calitate si/sau declaratie de conformitate.
