Achizitie pachet materiale pentru instalatii electrice Achizitie materiale electrice, compus din produsele specificate in fisierul atasat prezentului anunt de publicitate. Operatorii economici interesati vor transmite o oferta pe adresa de e-mail [email protected] (pana la data si ora mentionate in prezentul anunt de publicitate), continand propunerea financiara ce va cuprinde valoarea totala si pretul unitar fara T.V.A. pentru produsele solicitate, precum si o anexa cu specificatiile tehnice pentru fiecare produs. Termenul de valabilitate a ofertei: 30 zile. Achizitia se va desfasura prin intermediul platformei S.E.A.P. In mod obligatoriu, produsele ofertate vor trebui sa respecte specificatiile tehnice precizate. Nu vor fi luate in calcul ofertele care nu au trecute toate caracteristicile tehnice solicitate, ofertele incomplete, precum si ofertele sosite dupa data si ora precizata. Oferta trebuie sa cuprinda toate produsele solicitate. Ofertantul declarat castigator va fi acela a carei oferta va avea pretul cel mai mic pentru produsele solicitate. Furnizarea produselor se va face la sediul ISU Suceava, Str. Universităţii, nr. 14. Recepţia cantitativă şi calitativă a produselor se va efectua în ziua livrării la sediul beneficiarului de către delegaţii autorităţii contractante. Bunurile materiale trebuie să corespundă cantitativ și din punct de vedere tehnic cu caracteristicile solicitate. În caz contrar, beneficiarul îşi rezervă dreptul de a nu efectua recepţia produselor. Documentele care atestă calitatea produselor vor fi anexate la documentele de livrare a mărfii. Recepţia se face, în mod obligatoriu, pe baza următoarelor documente: a) factură fiscală (cu denumirea exactă a produselor ofertate, stabilite câştigătoare. Termen maxim de livrare : doua zile de la data comenzii.
