Achizitie panouri metalice blocare treceri (garduri tip Jandarmerie) Achizitie 66 buc. panouri metalice blocare treceri (garduri tip Jandarmerie) conform specificatiei tehnice din atasament. Loc livrare: ofertantul declarat castigator va transporta produsele, gratuit, în Bacau, str. Henri Coanda, nr. 5 -12. Plata se va realiza in termen de cel putin 30 de zile, dupa receptionarea fara obiectiuni a produselor, in baza facturii fiscale si a documentelor insotitoare. Plata se va efectua in lei prin O.P. in contul IBAN de Trezorerie. Operatorul economic are obligativitatea de respectare a Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr. 120/2021 privind administrarea, funcţionarea şi implementarea sistemului naţional privind factura electronică RO e-Factura şi factura electronică în România. Oferta va fi exprimata in lei (fara TVA). Oferta (propunerea financiara) va fi transmisa autoritatii contractante pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected] si va fi insotita de propunerea tehnica. Propunerea tehnica va fi întocmita, astfel încât sa poata fi analizata cu usurinta, vis-a-vis de caracteristicile tehnice . COfertele au caracter ferm si obligatoriu d.p.d.v. al continutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate a ofertei. Operatorul economic castigator, are obligatia sa aiba sau sa isi deschida cont la Trezoreria statului. Produsele trebuie sa fie noi, insotite (la livrare) de certificat de garantie si declaratie de conformitate. Termen maxim de livrare a produsului 27.05.2024. Termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor - 29.04.2024, ora 14.00. Specificatiile tehnice vor fi puse la dispozitie, la solicitarea potentialilor operatori economici. Produsele trebuie sa fie livrate pana la data de 27.05.2024, in cazul in care ofertele vor fi declarate castigatoare.
