UM 01394 Bucov în calitate de autoritate contractantă delegată realizează un studiu de piaţă pentru furnizare piese de schimb auto pentru Raba- Saviem conform caiet de sarcini atașat Perioada de livrare va fi de maxim 5 zile de la lansarea şi acceptarea comenzii, în intervalul orar 08.00-15.00. Produsele vor fi livrate gratuit la sediul unităţii militare U.M. 01394 Bucov , Str. Mihai Viteazu , nr. 182, loc. Bucov, județ Prahova , prin delegat. Delegatul trebuie sa participe la verificarea si probarea produselor achizitionate. In situatia in care livrarea depaseste termenul maxim de 5 zile , vom apela la urmatorul furnizor clasat pe locul 2.Dacă produsele nu corespund cerinţelor solicitate, acestea vor fi returnate furnizorului pe cheltuiala acestuia si apoi se va apela la furnizorul clasat pe locul 2.Oferta de preţ in cadrul careia nu sunt ofertate toate produsele din cadrul pachetului va fi considerată ofertă neconformă. Plata facturii se va face prin O.P. in termen de 30 de zile de la recepţia tuturor produselor. Produsele trebuie sa fie însoțite de certificat de calitate si garantie. Persoana juridică, operator înscris în SICAP, cont deschis la trezorerie. Prezentarea unor produse neconforme cu specificațiile din DESCRIEREA CAIETULUI DE SARCINI atrage după sine refuzul ofertei. Ofertele parţiale se acceptă doar în situaţia în care nu se va primi nicio ofertă care să conţină toate produsele solicitate de autoritatea contractantă. Prezenta nu constituie un angajament de cumpărare din partea noastră. Livrarea se va efectua în baza unei comenzi ferme trimise ulterior declarării ofertantului câştigător. Ofertele vor fi transmise pe adresa de email a unitatii ( [email protected]) pana la data de 25.03.2026 ora 10.00. Orice oferta depusa dupa aceasta data si ora nu va mai fi luata in considerare.
