Achizitie placute indicator protectia muncii Unitatea Militara 01454 cu sediul in Buzau , realizeaza un studiu de piata in vederea achiziționării urmatoarelor produse atasate in sectiunea caiet de sarcini. Oferta va contine obligatoriu informatii despre societate, persoana de contact, termenul de livrare(asumat de ofertant), oferta financiara, certificatul de garantie si certificatul de origine al produselor. Se vor lua in calcul ofertele transmise prin email la adresa [email protected]. Termenul limita de transmitere : 06.02.2026. Ofertele parţiale se acceptă doar în situaţia în care nu se va primi nicio ofertă care să conţină toate produsele solicitate de autoritatea contractantă . In situatia in care ofertantul nu se incadreaza in termenul stabilit, oferta nu va fi evaluata. Valabilitatea ofertei trebuie sa fie de minim 30 zile de la data depunerii. Plata se va face pe baza facturii in original prin virament, in cont deschis la TREZORERIA STATULUI dupa receptia produselor in termenul legal. Livrarea se va face la sediul U.M.01454 Buzau. Produsele se vor livra cu aviz de insotire , certificate de conformitate. Dacă produsele nu corespund cerinţelor solicitate, acestea vor fi returnate furnizorului pe cheltuiala operatorului economic. Termen de livrare la sediul beneficiarului in 10 zile de la finalizarea comenzii in SEAP. Prezenta nu constituie un angajament de cumparare din partea noastra decat dupa transmiterea comenzii ferme. Inaintarea ofertei pe adresa de mail specificata, implica acceptarea tuturor conditiilor de mai sus, in cazul achizitionarii produselor, aceasta se va face prin achizitie directa, ofertantul se obliga sa cunoasca toate detaliile legate de aceasta achizitie. Achizitia nu se efectuează prin procedura de achizitie . Cantitatile de produse pot varia in functie de fondurile avute la dispozitie, astfel ca, pot varia in functie de fondurile existente. Livrarile se vor face la sediul unitatii beneficiare (francobeneficiar) din localitatea Buzau in baza comenzii pe seap. Programul de lucru este 08.00-16.00 in zilele lucratoare.
