ACHIZIȚIE PLICURI B4 KRAFT Furnizare *1. Plic B4 Kraft 50mm, 250x353 mm - 1000 bucăți Ofertantul câștigător va posta produsele în SICAP la codul CPV specificat în anunț. Se vor oferta toate produsele. Evaluarea ofertelor se va face la valoarea totală fără TVA . Operatorul economic să dețină un cont deschis la trezoreria statului. Oferta trebuie să fie valabilă minim 30 de zile. Oferta care nu respectă specificațiile tehnice, nu include toate produsele și cantitățile solicitate și care nu respectă termenul de furnizare va fi considerată neconformă. Se vor respecta toate cerințele din descrierea contractului. Se vor oferta prețurile unitare și totale pentru toate pozițiile și cantitățile menționate în descrierea contractului. Furnizarea se face franco-beneficiar la sediul ITPF Timișoara (toate cheltuielile vor fi incluse în oferta de preț , inclusiv cheltuielile aferente transportului). Condiții de plată: autoritatea contractantă execută obligaţia de plată a sumelor de bani prin virament, din fonduri bugetare, cu OP, cel târziu la 30 de zile calendaristice de la data primirii facturii și recepției produselor. Termen de furnizare: 5 zile de la data transmiterii comenzii. Oferta de preț se va face în lei fără TVA, respectiv în lei cu TVA. Factura va fi transmisă prin sistemul național privind factura electronică RO e-factura, implementat de ANAF. Autoritatea contractantă nu acordă avans.
