Achiziţie plicuri personalizate Plicuri siliconice de 90g/mp, cu fereastră în dreapta plicului, personalizate: Plic DL alb - cantitate 19.000 buc.; Plic C5 alb - cantitate 19.000 buc.; Plic C4 alb - cantitate 9.000 buc.; Plic B4 kraft cu burduf 5 cm - cantitate 1.000 buc. Achiziţia produselor de la ofertantul desemnat câştigător va fi făcută din catalogul electronic din SEAP. Livrarea se va efectua în termen de maximum 7 zile lucrătoare de la acceptarea în SEAP. Preţul ofertat include toate spezele şi taxele până la sediul autorităţii contractante, inclusiv transportul. Va fi declarată câştigătoare, oferta care va prezenta cel mai mic preţ, calculat prin cumularea valorilor totale, fără TVA, a tuturor produselor ofertate. Cantităţile de produse se vor comanda de către Tribunalul Bacău, în funcţie de necesar şi fondurile bugetare aprobate cu această destinaţie. Plata se va face cu ordin de plată pe baza facturii fiscale emisă de furnizor prin intermediul sistemului național privind factura electronică RO e-Factura, după recepţia produselor, în contul furnizorului deschis la Trezoreria statului . Termen de plată: 30 zile după recepţia produselor. Ofertele se transmit la adresa de e-mail: [email protected]. Persoana responsabila: Jitaru Angela. Data limită pentru depunerea ofertei: 09.02.2026, ora 12,00. Riscurile transmiterii ofertei cad în sarcina ofertantului. Ofertele transmise după data de 09.02.2026, ora 12,00 vor fi considerate neconforme.
