Achizitie prelungire acces software OBFCM Launch CRP129 EVO Unitatea militară 01145 Roman intentioneaza sa achizitioneze in folosul UM 01175M Iasi, prelungire acces software OBFCM Launch CRP129 EVO pentru o perioada de 2 ani (actualizare baza de date si acces diagnoza). Serie diagnoza: 979399023288. Transmiterea codului de activare va fi efectuata in termen de maxim 10 zile lucratoare de la emiterea comenzii ferme. S/N se va comunica ofertantului declarat castigator si in comanda ferma. In cazul in care valoarea serviciului ofertat va depasi valoarea comunicata prin anuntul de publicitate, oferta va fi declarata inacceptabila. Ofertele semnate vor fi transmise pâna în data de 06.02.2026, ora 11:00 pe adresa de e-mail [email protected] sau fax la nr. 0233/722725. Ofertele vor fi exprimate in LEI, cu max 2 zecimale. Ofertele vor avea o valabilitate minima de 30 zile. La finalizarea activitatilor, prestatorul va emite factura fiscala ce va fi transmisa obligatoriu in sistemul informatic ANAF (e-Factura). Indiferent de unitatea beneficiară, factura se emite pe: UM 01145 Roman, str. prof. Dumitru Martinas nr.2-4, cod postal 611047, loc. Roman, jud. Neamt, Cont. Plata prin OP in contul de Trezorerie, in maxim 30 de zile de la livrarea produselor si primirea documentelor mentionate la sectiunea "Conditii de participare". In cazul in care exista oferte financiare cu acelasi pret, autoritatea contractanta va solicita prin e mail o noua oferta de la operatorii economici aflati la egalitate in vederea imbunatatirii ofertelor. Operatorul economic castigator va fi notificat la adresa de e-mail pentru a posta serviciul in SEAP in termen de 24 de ore de la primirea notificarii. În cazul in care se solicita clarificari care modifica informatiile prevazute in acest anunt sau se impun astfel de modificari, autoritatea contractanta va publica o noua versiune a anuntului ce va include modificari impuse de aceste clarificari. La receptie in mod obligatoriu se va verifica existenta tuturor documentelor mentionate in ” Conditii de participare”. Lipsa oricarui document atrage neconformitatea serviciului.
