Oferta se va întocmi în lei, fără tva, unitar și per total cantitate. În oferta de pret se va menționa și termenul de livrare al produselor solicitate Plata se va face in 30 zile de la data primirii facturii și recepția produselor/serviciilor/lucrărilor în contul de TREZORERIE (cf.prev.OMFP nr. 1235/2003) al ofertantului, prin OP, din conturile de virament ale beneficiarului, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 6, alin. (1) lit. b) din Legea nr. 72/2013 privind măsurile pentru combaterea întârzierii în executarea obligațiilor de plată a unor sume de bani rezultând din contracte încheiate între profesioniști și între aceștia și autorități contractante. Conditii de livrare: Livrarea se va face la sediul instituției noastre : Aleea Ilioara, nr.16 Y, sector 3, București, cu mențiunea că nu se accepta costuri suplimentare pentru produsele care se livrează din alte localități.Produsele se vor livra după transmiterea comenzii ferme. Vă rugăm să păstrați ordinea produselor din anunț Operatorii economici selectați câștigători ,vor fi anunțați pe adresa de e-mail și vor posta în SEAP oferta câștigătoare cu denumirea “OFERTA CONFORM ANUNȚ PUBLICITAR NR…………DIN DATA…………..”pentru inițierea achiziției directe. Vă rugăm să ofertați numai ce se solicită în anunț,ofertele care nu fac parte din anunt nu se vor lua in considerare.
