Achizitie sigilii vamale conform conform documentatiei atasate anuntului. Contravaloarea furnizarii produselor se va plăti în termen de maxim 30 de zile, după recepţia serviciilor, în baza comenzii, a facturii şi a procesului verbal de recepţie cantitativa, cu O.P. în contul de trezorerie al Prestatorului, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 6 din Legea nr.72/2013 privind măsurile pentru combaterea întârzierii în executarea obligaţiilor de plată a unor sume de bani rezultând din contracte încheiate între profesionişti şi între aceştia şi autorităţi contractante. Operatorii economici interesati vor transmite oferta ce trebuie sa conțină cel puțin datele de identificare ale operatorului economic: denumire, numele, prenumele și funcția reprezentantului legal, adresa sediu, telefon, fax, e-mail, cod identificare fiscală, nr. de înmatriculare la Registrul Comerțului, nr. cont deschis la Trezoreria Statului precum si autorizatii/certificate conform celor legale. Oferta tehnică va cuprinde toate specificațiile solicitate și va fi prezentată astfel încât să se asigure posibilitatea verificării conformității acesteia,.Prețul ofertat va include toate costurile legate de prestarea serviciilor, care fac obiectul prezentei achiziţii. Se solicită atât valorile unitare (lei fără TVA), precum și valoarea totală a ofertei, cu și fără TVA, cu maxim două zecimale. Taxa pe valoare adaugată se va evidenția separat. Preţul ofertat va fi ferm şi nu poate fi modificat. În situația în care ofertele nu se încadrează în valoarea estimată, nu respectă cerințele sau specificațiile solicitate, vor fi respinse. Prezenta nu constituie un angajament de cumparare din partea noastra. Achizitorul are deplina libertate in a selecta oferta/ofertele castigatoare fara a fi obligat sa anunte acest lucru celorlalti participanti.
