Achizitie SSD 240GB SSD 240GB, 2,5", SATA III - 8 bucati Disponibilitatea produselor în stoc, astfel încât după primirea comenzii să poată fi livrate in cel mult 15 zile. Incadrarea in valoarea estimata a achizitiei, respectiv 1239,67 lei fara TVA. Ofertarea produselor conform descrierii, astfel incat sa se asigure compatibilitatea acestora.In cazul in care produsele nu sunt compatibile, ne rezervam dreptul de le returna furnizorului, acesta avand obligatia de a le accepta.Operatorul economic trebuie sa asigure, gratuit, transportul produselor, fara a conditiona livrarea de o suma minima, costurile de livrare fiind in sarcina sa.In subiectul email-ului/ faxului se va trece numarul anuntului. In urma evaluarii ofertelor se va inainta comanda ferma pe baza careia se vor furniza produsele. Receptia produselor se va face la sediul autoritatii contractante- Penitenciarul Margineni (Str. Moreni nr.1 I.L Caragiale Dambovita) dupa primirea comenzii prin e-mail, fara costuri suplimentare de transport.Plata se va efectua cu OP la 30 zile de la data primirii facturii ( operatorul economic are obligatia de a emite factura prin intermediul aplicatiei RO e-Factura, cf. art. 266 alin. (2) din Lg. 227/2015 privind Codul fiscal, modificata si completata) si receptia produselor. Plata se va efectua numai prin Trezoreria Statului, în contul de trezorerie al operatorului economic beneficiar.
