Oferta se va transmite în format electronic la adresa de e-mail: [email protected] până la data de 09.02.2026 ora 13.00 și va fi însoțită de fișa tehnică a produselor, astfel încât să se demonstreze cerințele tehnice solicitate de Autoritatea Contractantă. Propunerea financiară nu trebuie sa depășească valoarea estimată de Autoritatea Contractantă, în sumă de 3.100,00 Lei fără TVA. Oferta declarată câștigătoare de către Autoritatea Contractantă se va posta pe S.E.A.P. în CATALOGUL ELECTRONIC, pentru a se tranzacționa și on-line. Ofertantul trebuie să aibă în stoc produsele solicitate de ONB pentru a putea fi livrate către Autoritatea Contractantă. Factura fiscala. Autoritatea contractanta se obliga sa plateasca pretul produselor catre operatorul economic in conformitate cu prevederile Legii 72/2013 , in termen de max. 30 de zile de la data primirii facturii si a receptiei produselor. Finalizarea achiziției: Oferta se va transmite pana la data si ora din prezentul anunt publicitar la adresa de e-mail: [email protected]. Livrarea se va face franco-depozit beneficiar produsele fiind insotite de Declaratie de conformitate. Plata se va face dupa incarcarea facturii fiscale în programul e-facturare si receptionarea produselor, in contul operatorului economic deschis la Trezoreria Statului. Autoritatea Contractanta se obliga sa plateasca pretul produselor catre operatorul economic în conformitate cu prevederile Legii 72/2013, în termen de max. 30 de zile de la data primirii facturii si a receptiei produselor. Termen de livrare: 4 zile de la atribuirea achizitiei, tinand cont de urgenta autoritatii contractante.
