Spitalul de Recuperare Bradet intentioneaza sa achizitioneze un numar de 46 stingatoare presurizate cu pulbere ABC tip P6 conform specificatiilor tehnice din fisierul atasat si totodata sa elimine prin casare un numar de 46 de stingatoare tip P6 cu durata de viata depasita. • Furnizare = 46 buc. Stingatoare cu pulbere tip P6 • Eliminare = 46 buc. Stingatoare cu pulbere tip P6 1) Termen de valabilitate a ofertei : minim 30 zile 2) Termen de livrare : maxim 10 zile calendaristice de la acceptarea comenzii in SEAP 3)Plata se va efectua cu ordin de plata in termen de max. 30 de zile de la data primirii facturii Documente de atasat la oferta (obligatorii): a. COPIE CERTIFICAT DE INREGISTRARE (CUI) b. COPIE CERTIFICAT CONSTATATOR ONRC DIN CARE SA REZULTE OBIECTUL DE ACTIVITATE (in termen de valabilitate ... maxim 30 zile de la emitere) c. Autorizatia de mediu a agentului economic care se va ocupa de serviciile de valorificare si eliminare deseuri , eventual a documentului de colaborare intre ofertant si agentul economic care se va ocupa de serviciile mai sus mentionate, in situatia in care ofertantul executa aceste servicii prin intermediul unui alt agent economic. 1)Ofertele se transmit prin E-MAIL la adresa oficiala a autoritatii contractante : [email protected] pana la data de 30.03.2026 ORA 12:00. In subiectul e-mailului se va specifica OBLIGATORIU numarul anuntului publicitar pentru care se oferteaza. 2) Solicitarile de clarificare se pot transmite prin e-mail pe adresa : [email protected] , cel tarziu cu una zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere/transmitere a ofertelor 3) In cadrul procesului de evaluare eventualele solicitari de clarificare si comunicarile se vor comunica prin intermediul e-mailului. 4) Operatorul economic desemnat castigator are obligatia de a incarca in catalogul din SEAP oferta care face obiectul achizitiei dupa primirea comunicarii prin e-mail.
