Unitatea Militara 01119 Braşov în calitate de autoritate contractantă delegată realizează un studiu de piaţă pentru achizitionarea urmatoarelor repere din tabelul atasat. Perioada de livrare va fi de MAXIM 10 zile de la lansarea şi acceptarea comenzii, în intervalul orar 08.00-15.00. Produsele vor fi livrate gratuit la sediul Unitatilor Militare conform anexei. Dacă produsele nu corespund cerinţelor solicitate, acestea vor fi returnate furnizorului pe cheltuiala acestuia. Plata facturii se va face prin O.P.in termen de maxim 60 de zile de la recepţia tuturor produselor. Produsele sa fie insotite de certificat de garantie si conformitate. Cantitatile comandate pot suferi modificari in functie de bugetul alocat si ofertele de pret primite. Persoana juridica, operator inscris in SEAP, cont deschis la trezorerie. Prezentarea unor produse neconforme cu specificatiile din DESCRIERE, atrage dupa sine refuzul receptiei Prezenta nu constituie un angajament de cumpărare din partea noastră. Livrarea se va efectua în baza unei comenzi ferme trimise ulterior declarării ofertantului câştigător. Ofertele semnate si stampilate vor fi transmise pe adresa de e-mail a unitatii: [email protected], cu specificatia: titlul emailului va fi de forma „OFERTA LA ANUNTUL CU NUMARUL .....”, pe oferta se va inscrie obligatoriu numarul anuntului publicat din SEAP, o persoana de contact cu un numar de telefon. Ofertele care nu contin elementele solicitate nu vor fi luate in considerare. Orice oferta depusa dupa data si ora limita de depunere a ofertelor nu va mai fi luata in considerare.
