Achizitionare Carton duplex Carton duplex, 230 g/mp, coala 70 x 100 cm, carton cretat cu spate gri -50 buc • Mod de lucru al autorităţii contractante: • Termenul de depunere a ofertelor în SEAP este data de 04.02.2026. • După data de 04.02.2026 Penitenciarul Bistriţa va consulta catalogul SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro) pentru identificarea produselor/ serviciilor /lucrărilor dorite. • Consultarea catalogului constă în completarea în motorul de căutare a denumirii produsului din tabelul de mai sus, precum şi unele cuvinte importante (definitorii) din descrierea produsului/ serviciului/ lucrării, din coloana tabelului de mai sus. • Inițierea achiziției directe, după aplicarea criteriului de selecție. • Doar în cazul în care catalogul SEAP nu ofertă informaţiile solicitate, atunci Penitenciarul Bistriţa va solicita oferte, în scris (offline), de la diverşi operatori economici şi va publica un anunţ publicitar în acest sens, pe www.e-licitatie.ro . • Penitenciarul Bistriţa nu efectuează achiziţii directe la pachet! • Recomandare: • Denumirea produsului/serviciului/lucrării postată în SEAP să fie cât mai clară şi concisă, respectând, în principiu, denumirile şi descrierile detaliate în tabelul de mai sus. • Pentru o evaluarea cât mai eficientă, descrierea să fie cât mai detaliată, inclusiv, marca, model, tip etc. • Data publicării să se actualizeze, astfel încât postarea să fie cât mai actuală. • Livrarea se va efectua gratuit la sediul Penitenciarului Bistriţa din Bistriţa, str. Tărpiului, nr. 22, cod poştal 420062, judeţul Bistriţa Năsăud. • Produsul va fi însoţit de Certificat de conformitate sau Declaraţie de conformitate, Certificat de garanţie. • Dacă la recepţie, produsul inspectat nu corespunde specificaţiilor, achizitorul are dreptul să îl respingă, iar furnizorul are obligaţia, fără a modifica preţul ofertat: a) de a înlocui produsele refuzate, sau b) de a face toate modificările necesare pentru ca produsele să corespundă specificaţiilor lor tehnice • Termenul de livrare pentru produse se va specifica pe comanda transmisă ofertantului câştigător. În cazul în care termenul de livrare este depăşit cu mai mult de 10 zile, ne alocăm dreptul de a anula comanda şi de a o reatribui următorului ofertant;
