Garanție 24 luni. Livrare: Facturarea se va face pana la data de 27.02.2026. Emiterea facturii se va face in sistem electronic şi va fi transmisa prin sistemul naţional RO e-Factura, potrivit prevederilor OUG nr. 120/2021, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 139/2022. Livrarea se va face pana la data de 27.02.2026 la sediul beneficiarului din București, Splaiul Independentei nr 323A, Sector 6. Plată: Plata se va face in termen de 30 de zile de la data receptiei ,cu ordin de plata intr-un cont de trezorerie indicat de furnizor. Plata se va face doar in baza facturii emisa si transmisa prin sistemul naţional RO e-Factura, potrivit prevederilor OUG nr. 120/2021, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 139/2022. In fiecare factura se va inscrie in mod obligatoriu codul CPV corespunzator prevazut in nomenclatorul de referinta in domeniul achizitiilor publice.
