Achizitie nisip natural spalat sort 0/4 si Piatra sort 8/16, balast pentru lucrari de reparatii, refacere si intretinere in urma interventiilor la retelele de apa si canalizare din Mun. Brasov si localitatile unde Compania Apa Brasov isi desfasoara activitatea in calitate de operator regional, conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini atasat. Se va incheia un contract pe o perioada de 12 luni. Conditii de livrare: maxim 2 ore de la transmiterea comenzii . Produsele vor fi ridicate de la depozitele furnizorului. Termenul de plată este de 30 de zile de la data primirii facturii. Factura va contine in mod obligatoriu codul CPV 14210000-6. La intocmirea propunerii tehnice se vor respecta toate cerintele din caietul de sarcini. Oferta financiara va cuprinde produsele impreuna cu cantitatile ofertate si pretul unitar fara TVA pentru fiecare produs in parte cat si valoarea totala a ofertei. Neofertarea unei pozitii din caietul de sarcini atrage excluderea ofertei, oferta fiind considerata neconforma. Se va depune Certificat constatator emis de ONRC. Ofertele vor fi transmise pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected] pana la data de 20.03.2026, ora 23:30. Ofertele primite dupa termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor sau transmise la o alta adresa decat cea indicata nu vor fi evaluate.
