Prin prezenta, vă informăm că autoritatea contractantă a decis anularea achizitiei directe, ca urmare a constatării omiterii unei cerințe tehnice esențiale din documentația de atribuire. Având în vedere specificul activității instituției noastre, respectiv desfășurarea actului medical în condiții de maximă siguranță și continuitate, precum și necesitatea menținerii parametrilor de microclimat în spații critice (ex. bloc operator, ATI, laboratoare, etc.), este imperativ ca prestatorul să asigure servicii de intervenție în regim de urgență pentru echipamente. În acest context, cerința privind intervenția pentru defecțiuni critice într-un interval de maximum 120 de minute, în regim 24/7, reprezintă un element fundamental pentru desfășurarea în condiții optime a activității medicale și pentru protejarea siguranței pacienților și a personalului. Întrucât această cerință nu a fost inclusă în mod explicit în documentația inițială, pentru respectarea principiilor transparenței, tratamentului egal și nediscriminării, s-a impus anularea achizitiei curente. Autoritatea contractantă va relua în perioada următoare procedura de achiziție, cu includerea tuturor cerințelor tehnice necesare în caietul de sarcini.Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere și pentru interesul manifestat și vă încurajăm să participați la viitoarea procedură.
