Autoritatea contractantă are în intenție achiziționarea urmatorului produs: Aparat foto compact, conform fisierului atasat. 1. Plata seviciului se va efectua de către achizitor, cu ordin de plată, în lei, în contul deschis de ofertantul declarat câstigător, la Trezoreria Statului, conform prevederilor Ordonanţei de Urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 146 din 31.10.2002 - în termen de 30 de zile de la data primirii facturii. 2. Operatorul economic caştigator are obligaţia de a presta serviciul pana la 23.04.2026. Orice operator economic interesat poate depune oferta de preţ în condiţiile respectării integrale a condiţiilor din prezentul anunţ. Operatorii economici interesați trebuie să aibă un cont deschis la trezorerie în vederea efectuării plății facturii (în cazul în care operatorul economic nu deține cont deschis la trezoreria statului, acesta își va asuma printr-o declarație că, în cazul încare oferta sa va fi declarată câștigătoare, va proceda la deschiderea unui cont). NOTĂ: Oferta de preț va fi transmisă OBLIGATORIU la adresa de e-mail a autorității contractante [email protected] (cu solicitare confirmare de primire) până la data și ora inscrise în anunț. Se va completa „matricea de conformitate" atasata prezentului anunt de catre fiecare ofertant, respectand indicatiile autoritatii contractante , astfel incat sa reiasa modalitatea de indeplinire a cerintelor minime. În urma primirii ofertelor şi întocmirii unui Proces-verbal de testare a pieţei, se va stabili ofertantul câştigator, La întocmirea ofertei dumneavoastră, vă rugăm să ţineţi cont de cerinţele autorităţii contractante.
