1. Banda izolatoare = 500 bucati; 2. Alcool tehnic = 100 bucati; 3. Diblu PVC D10 + holsurub x 60 = 300 bucati; 4. Diblu PVC D8 + holsurub x 60 = 300 bucati; Achizitie pe baza de contract/comanda, plata cu OP la 120 zile de la receptia produselor si inregistrarea facturii originale la beneficiar. Factura va circula atat in sistem clasic, cat si prin e-Factura. Durata de furnizare este de 30 de zile de la semnarea contractului/comenzii. Produsele vor fi livrate la DEER SA - Sucursala Brasov . Pretul ofertat, va fi exprimat in LEI fara TVA, si va include orice alte taxe . Produsele ofertate vor respecta cerintele din specificatiile tehnice atasate si se vor prezenta poze cu produsul ofertat. Daca la receptie se constata produse neconforme, acestea vor fi schimbate pe cheltuiala furnizorului. Se vor transmite oferta finaciara si oferta tehnica cu descrierea produsului, redactate in limba romana. Oferta va face referire obligatoriu la termenul de plata insusit de ofertant. Autoritatea contractanta poate solicita clarificari la oferta, pentru a se asigura ca produsele ofertate corespund necesitatilor acesteia. Prin transmiterea ofertei, daca nu specifica altfel, operatorul economic isi asuma respectarea prevederilor mentionate in prezentul anunt (contract, termen de plata, termen de livrare). Cerinţe minime de calificare : ofertantul trebuie sa respecte intocmai cerintele din Specificatiile tehnice atasate si sa prezinte poze cu produsul ofertat. Nu se accepta oferta partiala, incompleta sau alternativa. Oferta de pret transmisa, va fi semnata si stampilata de catre operatorul economic. Prin transmiterea ofertei, operatorul economic isi asuma respectarea prevederilor mentionate in campurile "Descriere contract" si "Conditii referitoare la contract". Oferta castigatoare va fi cea cu pretul cel mai scazut/buc. Oferta va fi transmisa pana la data si ora limita 23.03.2026, ora 13.00, care este specificata in SEAP la adresa de e-mail : [email protected] si [email protected].
