BENZI PENTRU REACTIA OXIDAZEI Benzi de hârtie de filtru tip cromatografic impregnate într-o solutie apoasa de N,N,N`,N` Tretramethyl, 1-4 phenylendiammonium dichlorid, care permit determinarea prezentei oxidazei. Indicatii: Benzile pentru reactia oxidazei sunt recomandate pentru diferentierea germenilor oxidazo - pozitivi, de cei oxidazo - negativi. A. Majoritatea bacteriilor gram-pozitive sunt oxidazo negative. B. Multi dintre bacilii gram-negativi, altii decât Enterobacteriaceae sunt variabili în activitatea lor oxidazica. C. Testul permite diferentierea Pseudomonadaceaelor (oxidazo +) de alti membrii ai Enterobacteriaceaelor (oxidazo -). D. Permite diferentierea între germeni: 1. Moraxella (+) si Neisseria (+) de Acinetobacter(-). 2. Aeromonas (+), Vibro (de obicei +) de Enterobacteriaceae(-). E. Permite diferentierea între specii: 1. Brucella neotomae(-) si Brucella ovis (-) si alte specii Brucella (+). 2. Pseudomonas maltophilia (-) de alte specii Pseudomonas (de obicei +). F. Permite identificarea: 1. Aeromonas (+). 5. Branhamella (+). 2. Neisseria (+). 6. Moraxella (+). 3. Pseudomonas (de obicei +). 7. Enterobacteriaceae(-). 4. Alcaligenes(+). 8. Yersinia (-). Valabilitate: este înscrisa pe fiecare tub si pe cutie.
