Bioactivator fose septice și microstații de epurare – accelerator de biodegradare pe bază de enzime și bacterii producătoare de enzime. Trebuie să elimine mirosurile și să aibă concentrația maximă de enzime (marcată cu culoare portocalie). Ambalaj: borcan de plastic de 650 gr. – 5 buc. Potrivit art.45, alin.(3) din HG nr. 395/2016 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor referitoare la atribuirea contractului de achizitie/acordului cadru din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, achizitia se va desfasura prin intermediul catalogului SEAP . Pretul ofertei va fi ferm, neajustabil si valabil pe toata perioada de derulare a achizitiei. Transmiterea ofertei de pret in catalogul SEAP, presupune acordul operatorului economic in ceea ce priveste respectarea cerintelor solicitate; Livrarea produselor se va face la sediul DGASPC Valcea, str. T.Vladimirescu nr.28, Rm. Valcea, fara costuri suplimentare din partea achizitorului, pe baza comenzii transmise prin fax sau e-mail; produsele vor fi livrate in ambalaj sigilat, fiind insotite de certificate/declarații de conformitate; plata se face cu OP in termen de 60 de zile de la data primirii facturii si recepției produselor. POSTARE: 27.03.2026, ora: 07:30; NEPRECIZAREA VALABILITATII OFERTEI IN SEAP DUCE LA RESPINGEREA OFERTEI CA NECONFORMA; Nu se admit oferte partiale; NU SE ACCEPTA TRANSCRIEREA DE TIP " COPY-PASTE" A SPECIFICATIILOR/CARACTERISTICILOR TEHNICE CONTINUTE IN DOCUMENTATIE. Ofertele care nu satisfac in mod corespunzator cerintele documentatiei, sunt considerate neconforme, in conformitate cu prevederile art. 215 alin (5) din Legea nr.98/2016 privind achizitiile publice; Ofertantii vor anunta autoritatea contractanta la adresa de e-mail: [email protected] sau fax: 0250/734758, cu privire la postarea ofertei in catalogul electronic SEAP; in caz contrar autoritatea contractanta nu-si asuma neregasirea ofertei postate in catalogul SEAP In catalogul SEAP se posteaza sub denumirea OFERTA ANUNT NR............; valoarea ofertata, iar in campul descriere se posteaza denumire produs, cantitate, pret unitar (FORMAT DIN DOUA ZECIMALE) /produs, valabilitate oferta
