Cable si accesorii cable de j.t., m.t., i.t. (mansoane, cleme, conectori) - Conductori electrici VLPY - Conform specificatiilor tehnice atasate la prezentul anunt. Locul livrarii: Depozit SH Rm. Valcea, loc. Călimănești, str. Al. Vlahuta, nr. 98, jud. Valcea.Termen de livrare: max. 90 de zile in conditii DDP-loc livrare (conform standard INCOTERMS 2020) de la lansare comanda. .Perioada de garantie a produselor se solicita a fi de minim 24 luni. Plata facturii, factura transmisa prin sistemul ro-factura, se va face cu O.P. in termen de 30 zile de la data la care factura devine disponibila pentru Entitatea Contractanta in Spatiul Privat Virtual. Procent penalitate intarziere furnizare produse la termen de 0,05%/ zi de intarziere. Ofertantii vor depune oferte financiare, exprimate in RON, fara TVA, conform cu cerintele din sectiunile "Descriere Contract" si "Conditii Contract". De asemenea, vor atasa la oferta Fisa tehnica/de descriere/prezentare a produsului ofertat. Este permisa ofertarea pentru unul sau mai multe loturi enuntate in prezentul anunt. Se va mentiona garantia produselor. Valabilitatea ofertei: minim 30 de zile. Ofertele se pot depune letric, fax la numarul indicat in anunt sau scan pe adresa de email [email protected]. Ofertele depuse dupa data si ora indicata in anunt, nu vor fi luate in considerare. Fiind o selectie de oferte din piata achizitorul isi rezerva dreptul de a negocia si de a selecta oferta castigatoare fara a fi obligat sa anunte acest lucru celorlalti participanti cu oferte. In acest caz nu sunt aplicabile prevederile privind rezolvarea contestatiilor de catre CNSC, achizitia directa nefiind o procedura propriu-zisa. Furnizorului selectat i se va lansa comanda comerciala.
