Conform specificații anexate. Produsele să fie noi. Nu se acceptă produse recondiționate. Produsele vor fi livrate franco-beneficiar la sediul UM 02310 Sibiu, str. Avrig, nr. 2-4, în maxim 10 zile de la transmiterea comenzii ferme prin intermediul SEAP, fără costuri suplimentare și vor fi însoțite de documente legale care să ateste proveniența și calitatea acestora (declarație de conformitate, aviz de însoțire, certificat de garanție, altele după caz). Plata se va face în lei, în termen de maxim 30 zile de la recepția produselor livrate, prin virament, în contul furnizorului deschis la trezoreria statului, având la bază factura fiscală emisă și documentele întocmite din care să rezulte recepția . Cont deschis la Trezorerie. Ofertele de preț se vor trimite la sediul unitații pe adresa de email [email protected] și vor conține toate caracteristicile minime și cantitățile solicitate prin anunț . Este obligatoriu ofertarea tuturor produselor. Oferta va conține o descriere cât mai amanunțită a produselor ofertate. După evaluarea ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă va anunța numai ofertantul declarat câștigător. Prezentul anunț publicitar nu constituie un angajament de achiziționare din partea noastră. Achiziția produselor se va efectua în baza unei comenzi prin intermediul SEAP, transmisă ofertantului câstigator. În cazul în care, la momentul efectuării recepției, se constată că produsul livrat nu corespunde cu specificațiile prezentate în oferta tehnico-financiară a operatorului economic declarat câstigător, autoritatea contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a returna produsul fară costuri de transport.
