Achizitionarea urmatoarelor produse: Cleme pentru scurtcircuitoare - 12 bucati conform specificatii tehnice atasate cu livrare la punctul de lucru al achizitorului cu cheltuieli de transport incluse in pret. Termen de livrare a produselor: 60 zile de la primirea comenzii. Conditii de livrare (INCOTERMS 2020): DDP destinatie finala -UHE Sibiu, str. Rahovei, Nr.45, Sibiu conform specificatii atasate. Contravaloarea transportului intra in valoarea produselor. Plata produselor livrate se va face cu OP în termende 30 zile. Penalitati: 0,05% pe zi de întârziere calculată la valoarea obligației neîndeplinite până la îndeplinirea efectivă a obligațiilor, dar nu mai mult decât această valoare. Produsele vor fi insotite de: avizde insotire, certificat de garantie, declaratie de conformitate/certificat de calitate. Valabilitatea ofertei: 30 zile. Oferta semnata si scanata va fi transmisă până la data de 27.03.2026, ora 11.00 pe e-mail: [email protected]. Oferta va cuprinde toate produsele, toata cantitatea fiecarui produs, pretul unitar al produselor, in lei, fara TVA si valoarea totala cuprinzand toate costurile inclusiv cu livrarea produselor la destinatia finala. Nu se acceptaoferte incomplete. Ofertele ale caror pret total depaseste valoarea estimata prevazuta in prezentul anunt vor fi respinse. Vor fi prezentate specificatiile tehnice ale produselor oferite, producatorul, marca, tipul, modul de amabalare, dupa caz, conform cerintelor din specificatiile tehnice atasate anuntului publicitar. Fiind o prospectare de piata, achizitorul are deplină libertate în selectarea ofertantului câştigător, fără a fi obligat să anunte acest lucru celorlalţi ofertanţi. Prezentei achiziţii nu îi sunt aplicabile prevederile privind solutionarea contestaţiilor de către CNSC, achiziţia directă nefiind o procedură propriu-zisa. Furnizorului selectat i se va lansa comandă comercială.
