- Description
Achizitia are drept scop asigurarea consumabilelor medicale necesare pentru CAbR Tg Cărbunești, Tg Cărbunești , str. Eroilor, nr.81, 0253/379743. Achizitorul se obligă: 1. să achiziţioneze produsele în cantitățile solicitate în anuntul de participare; 2. să efectueze recepția produselor furnizate și să întocmească documentele corespunzătoare, notificând furnizorul în cazul în care acestea nu corespund d.p.d.v. cantitativ sau calitativ; 3. are dreptul să notifice imediat furnizorului orice reclamație ce apare privind produsele livrate defectuos sau necorespunzătoare; 4. să plătească produsele furnizate. Plata se face cu ordin de plată, în cont de trezorerie, conform art. 6 din Legea nr. 72/2013, respectiv în termen de 30 de zile calendaristice de la data primirii facturii/data recepției bunurilor, daca data primirii facturii este incertă sau anterioară recepției bunurilor . Furnizorul se obligă: 1. să livreze produsele, fără costuri suplimentare și într-o singura tranșă, în maxim 5 zile lucrătoare de la primirea comenzii, la sediul beneficiarului. Comanda se trimite în scris din partea beneficiarului. Produsele vor fi livrate astfel încât să corespundă descrierii caracteristicilor tehnice minime din caietul de sarcini. Livrarea produselor va fi însoţită de: factură fiscală/avize urmate de factură fiscală conform legislației în vigoare și declarație de conformitate/certificate de calitate . 2. să garanteze că produsele livrate sunt de calitate, conform normelor și legislației în vigoare. Ambalarea se va face astfel încât să asigure integritatea produselor. 3. să remedieze deficiențele în termen de 48 de ore, fără costuri suplimentare pentru beneficiar. Ofertantului declarat câștigător în urma aplicării criteriului de atribuire a contractului, i se va solicita postarea ofertei în catalogul electronic SEAP, în termen de 1(una) zi lucratoare.
