Consumabile pentru autovehicule Achiziţionarea de consumabile pentru autovehicule, cu respectarea în totalitate a cerintelor. Produsele vor fi livrate gratuit, indiferent de contravaloarea acestora, la sediul Inspectoratului de Politie Judetean Dâmbovița, b.dul Regele Carol I, nr. 64, jud. Dâmbovița si vor fi insotite de factura si certificat de conformitate/garantie. 1. Achiziţionarea produselor se vor realiza prin cumpărare directă în urma analizării ofertelor depuse. 2. Plata produselor furnizate se va efectua cu ordin de plată în contul de Trezorerie al furnizorului, după efectuarea recepţiei şi înregistratrea facturii emise de furnizor la structura financiara a achizitorului, în termen de maxim 30 zile, conform prevederilor legislatiei în vigoare. 3. Finalizarea achiziției se va realiza prin intermediul Catalogului SEAP. Ofertantul/ofertanții a cărui/căror ofertă/oferte va/vor fi declarată/declarate câștigătoare va/vor posta oferta/ofertele in catalogul electronic SEAP (https://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro, - sectiunea cumparari directe) cu mentionarea „furnizare produse asociate anuntului de publicitate nr..............” (se va mentiona numarul anuntului de publicitate). 4. Pentru a se putea efectua plata către furnizor acesta va deține cont în Trezorerie. Oferta financiară / centralizatorul de preturi se va transmite la adresa de e-mail [email protected]. Autoritatea Contractanta poate decide in orice moment sa anuleze achiziția in cazul in care aceasta considera ca nu mai este necesară achiziția produselor respective. Decizia de anulare nu obliga Autoritatea Contractanta la costuri fata de operatorii economici participanți. Prin depunerea unei oferte, ofertantul acceptă în prealabil condiţiile generale şi particulare care guvernează această achiziţie, indiferent care sunt condiţiile proprii de vânzare ale ofertantului. Niciun cost suportat de operatorul economic pentru pregătirea şi depunerea ofertei nu va fi rambursat. Toate aceste costuri vor fi suportate de către operatorul economic ofertant, indiferent de rezultatul procedurii.
