Contract de furnizare gaze naturale Contract de furnizare gaze naturale. Cantitate estimată: 45 MWh Propunerea Financiară va cuprinde Formularul propunerii financiare în care se va menționa prețul unitar (lei/ MWh, cu toate taxele incluse) și valoarea fără TVA pentrucantitatea solicitată (45 MWh). Operatorul economic desemnat castigator, ulterior primirii comunicarii privind rezultatul achizitiei directe, va putea incarca oferta in catalogul electronic SEAP in vederea atribuirii. Achizitia se va finaliza prin semnarea unui contract de furnizare. Perioada de consum: 01.02.2026-28.02.2026. Loc de livrare: Cazarma 3158 Olanești, str. Carol Davila, nr. 32, Băile Olănești, jud. Vâlcea. Plata se va face in termen de 60 zile, in contul furnizorului, deschis la trezoreria statului. Solicitările de clarificari se vor transmite la adresa de e-mail: [email protected], pana la data de 06.02.2026, ora 12:00. Ofertele vor fi tansmise la adresa de e-mail: [email protected]. Ofertele depuse dupa termenul limita de primire a acestora vor fi considerate intarziate si respinse. In cazul in care doi sau mai multi ofertanti au pret egal (clasati pe primul loc), autoritatea contractanta va transmite prin e-mail o solicitare de clarificare referitoare la depunerea unor noi propuneri financiare imbunatatite, iar operatorii economici vor transmite noile propuneri financiare în termenul solicitat.
