Dezinfectant pe bază de clor, sub formă de tablete efervescente - Penitenciarul Vaslui Dezinfectant pe bază de clor, sub formă de tablete efervescente (600 bucăți), dizolvabil în apă cu spectru larg de acțiune: bactericid, fungicid, virucid, micobactericid, tuberculocid, sporicid, destinat pentru dezinfecția suprafețelor, ustensilelor, veselei, echipamentelor și recipientelor de preparare a mâncării, etc. din blocuri alimentare, zone de preparare a hranei, săli de mese și magazii/depozite de alimente. Produsul ofertat va deține autorizație de plasare pe piață conform prevederilor legale și va avea un termen de valabilitate de cel puțin 18 luni de la data livrării. Începând de vineri 06.02.2026 ora 10.00, Penitenciarul Vaslui va consulta catalogul de produse SEAP și va notifica operatorul economic care a postat produsele solicitate, la prețul cel mai scăzut, în vederea inițierii achiziției.Pentru transparență și operativitate recomandăm notificarea autorității contractante în legatură cu postarea în SEAP a produselor solicitate prin e-mail: [email protected]. Plata se va efectua cu O.P.,în baza facturii emise în contul furnizorului deschis la trezorerie, cu respectarea prevederilor Legii Nr. 72 din 28 martie 2013 privind „Masurile pentru combaterea întârzierii în executarea obligatiilor de plata a unor sume de bani rezultând din contracte încheiate între profesionisti si între acestia si autoritati contractante”,dupa receptia produselor la sediul Penitenciarului Vaslui. Produsul ofertat va deține autorizație de plasare pe piață conform prevederilor legale și va avea un termen de valabilitate de cel puțin 18 luni de la data livrării. Termenul limită de primire al ofertelor îl reprezintă termenul de postare în SEAP, de către operatorii economici, a produselor solicitate, produse care corespund descrierii. Pentru transparență și operativitate recomandăm notificarea autorității contractante în legătură cu postarea în SEAP a produselor solicitate prin e-mail: [email protected].
