Dispozitive mobile de amprentare Achizitia a 12 dispozitive mobile de amprentare. Ofertele transmise la altă adresă sau după data limită de depunere a ofertelor nu vor fi luate in considerare. Ofertele vor fi transmise pe e-mail la adresa: [email protected] în termenul de depunere a ofertelor: 20.06.2024, ora 11:00. La elaborarea ofertei, operatorii economici își vor asuma toate specificatiile tehnice. Conform specificatiilor tehnice atasate. Nu vor fi luate în considerare ofertele transmise după termenul limită sau la altă adresă de e-mail ori număr de fax. Plata serviciilor se va efectua în termen de 30 de zile de la incarcarea facturii in platforma RO e-Factura si receptia produsului de catre Achizitor. Termenul de livrare este de 60 de zile lucratoare de la data primirii comenzii. Ca urmare a solicitării unui operator ecomic, transmitem tuturor potenţialilor ofertanţi următoarele: Intrebare 1: În documentul de specificații tehnice minimale ale dispozitivului mobil de amprentare, la caracteristica tehnică Funcționalități, precizați la punctul 4 din parametrii precizați: ”Segmentarea amprentelor cu extragerea individuală a fiecărui degete amprentat după poziție deget (clasificare degete) în format WSQ și JPEG2000(cu informațiile despre rezoluție și dimensiuni)”. Având în vedere că la caracteristica tehnică Rezoluție Imagine precizați ”500 ppi -WSQ sau 1000 ppi – JPEG2000, 256 niveluri de gri” vă rugăm să acceptați ca și segmentarea să se realizeze ori în format WSQ, ori in format JPEG2000. Raspuns: Se acceptă ca segmentarea să se realizeze ori în format WSQ, ori în format JPEG2000. Intrebare 2: . În documentul de specificații tehnice minimale ale dispozitivului mobil de amprentare, la caracteristica tehnică Funcționalități, precizați la punctul 4 din parametrii precizați: ”Detecția falsă a amprentei”. Vă rugăm clarificați dacă solicitați caracteristica standard de Presentation Atack Detection, adică detecția amprentelor false cu ajutorul dispozitivului sau este vorba despre procesul de detecție a fals pozitivelor și a calității preluării imaginii. Raspuns: Precizăm că solicitarea ”Detecția falsă a amprentei” reprezintă caracteristica standard de Presentation Atack Detection (detecția amprentelor false).
