Echipament PSI Echipament PSI, conform cerintelor din fisa produsului atasata prezentului anunt. Livrarea/prestarea servciciilor se va face in baza comenzilor emise de Achizitor, fie la sediul institutiei, fie in centrele din subordinea D.G.A.S.P.C. Vaslui indicate (dupa caz) - Produsele vor fi insotite de factura fiscala sau aviz de expeditie, certificat de calitate sau declaratie de conformitate. Pretul transportului pana la destinatia finala va fi inclus in pret. Plata se va face in termen de 30 de zile de la receptie/facturare. Ofertantii interesati vor trimite ofertele, ce vor contine propunerea tehnica, propunerea financiara (inclusiv centralizatorul de preturi) si datele de identificare ale societatii in format electronic, pe adresa de e-mail [email protected]. In titlul e-mailului se va indica obligatoriu nr. ADV-ului, sub rezerva neanalizarii ofertelor. Transmiterea notificarii echivaleaza cu acceptul furnizarii produselor/prestarii serviciilor, in cazul in care ofertantul este declarat castigator. Conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini/fisa produsului. Acest anunt este in primul rand o prospectare a pietei, in urma careia se vor tranzactiona produsele/serviciile on-line in SEAP, prin achizitie directa. Dupa selectarea ofertei castigatoare, achizitorul va notifica castigatorul asupra acestui fapt, castigatorul urmand sa posteze valoarea pachetului de produse/servicii in catalogul electronic, anuntand in acelasi timp achizitorul despre aceasta postare, la adresa de e-mail [email protected]. Achizitorul nu este obligat sa comunice rezultatul selectiei facute si celorlalti participanti, care nu au fost desemnati castigatori. In acest caz, nu sunt aplicabile prevederile privind rezolvarea contestatiilor de catre C.N.S.C, achizitia directa nefiind o procedura propriu-zisa.
