Echipamente si accesorii in vederea extinderii sistemului de videoconferinta Echipamente si accesorii in vederea extinderii sistemului de videoconferinta conform specificatiilor atasate Se publica oferta in catalogul electronic SEAP la codul CPV 32232000-8 Echipamente pentru videoconferinte (Rev. 2) si va avea denumirea "Pachet Echipamente si accesorii pentru videoconferinte". Valoarea ofertei se va trece in lei fara TVA. Ofertele se vor publica in catalogul electronic SEAP sau se vor trimite pe e-mail la adresa [email protected]. In descriere se vor specifica preturile unitare pentru fiecare produs ofertat in parte cu descrierea detaliata produselor astfel incat sa se poata verifica indeplinirea specificatiilor tehnice minimale solicitate. Nerespectarea denumirii in cazul publicarii in catalogul SEAP, poate duce la imposibilitatea selectarii ofertelor de catre autoritatea contractanta. Ofertantul va elabora propunerea tehnica astfel incat sa respecte in totalitate specificatiile tehnice. Specificatiile tehnice se gasesc atasat prezentului anunt publicitar. Plata se va face dupa furnizarea produselor, în maxim 30 zile de la acceptare la plata a facturii de catre beneficiar. Ofertantul castigator, publica in catalogul SEAP oferta, asa cum este specificat in conditiile de participare, pentru finalizarea achizitiei din catalogul SEAP.
