- Description
Erata: termen depundere oferte 25.03.2026, ora 23:59. Inspectoratul de Jandarmi Județean Neamț intenționează să achiziționeze servicii de montare anvelope (vară/iarnă) si echilibrare roți. Serviciile ce se vor presta sunt detaliate în Caietul de sarcini nr. 3722784 din 17.03.2026 și Anexa nr. 1 la caietul de sarcini. Modelul de contract este anexat prezentului anunț împreună cu caietul de sarcini și anexa nr. 1. Serviciile vor fi prestate la sediul/punctul de lucru al ofertantului în funcție de graficul agreat de autoritatea contractantă. Plata se efectua prin virament în contul ofertantului deschis la Trezoreria statului, în termen de 30 de zile de la emiterea facturii fiscale si recepția în totalitate si fără obiectiuni serviciilor prestate. Prezenta nu constituie un angajament de cumparare din partea autoritatii contractante. Angajamentul legal aferent prezentei achizitii este: Contract ce va fi încheiat cu ofertantul declarat câștigător. Oferta va conține obligatoriu număr de înregistrare/data, semnatura și termen de valabilitate. Se vor lua în calcul doar ofertele sosite în termenul limita stabilit. Pot trimite oferte toți operatorii economici, constutuiți conform legislației în vigoare, care îndeplinesc condițiile minime specificate în caietul de sarcini, anexa nr. 1 și modelul de contract menționate. Termenul limită pentru primire oferte este 25.03.2026 ora 23:59. Adresa la care trebuie transmise/depuse ofertele: pe e-mail: [email protected]. Riscurile transmiterii ofertei, inclusiv forța majoră sau cazul fortuit, cad în sarcina operatorului economic care transmite respectiva ofertă. (art.125 din Anexa la HG 395/2016). Prezentei achizitii nu i se aplică prevederile referitoare la solutionarea contestatiilor de către CNSC, achizitia directa nefiind o procedură de atribuire.
