Oferta trebuie sa contina propunere financiara si propunere tehnica, in conformitate cu cerintele din fisa tehnica anexata. Oferta va fi transmisa pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected]țul ofertat va fi exprimat în lei, fără TVA, cu maxim 2 zecimale. Ofertantul câștigător va transporta produsele gratuit la sediul nostru din București. Termen de livrare: maxim 10 zile lucratoare de la data transmiterii comenzii. Termen de plată: maxim 30 de zile calendaristice de la primirea facturii și receptia produselor, în contul de TREZORERIE (cf.prev.OMFP nr. 1235/2003) al operatorului economic declarat câștigător, prin OP, din conturile de virament ale beneficiarului, în conformitate cu prevederile art.6, alin.(1) din Legea nr.72/2013 privind măsurile pentru combaterea întârzierii în executarea obligațiilor de plata a unor sume de bani rezultând din contracte încheiate între profesioniști și între aceștia și autorități contractante.
