Formulare si Etichete Formulare si Etichete, conform cerintelor Caietului de sarcini CR 45307 Oferta va avea o valabilitate de minim 90 de zile. Oferta va detalia articol cu articol cerintele din Caietul de Sarcini atasat si va contine toate detaliile si informatiile necesare evaluarii tehnice. De asemenea, oferta va contine: - preturi unitare si pret total in conditie de livrare DDP Cernavoda fara TVA. - modalitatea de transport; - termen de livrare; - conditii de plata. Preturile se vor exprima în LEI. Pretul va fi fix in LEI, pe toata durata de derulare a achizitiei. In oferta se vor include toate cheltuielile necesare efectuarii livrarii produselor in conditii DDP Cernavoda, conform INCOTERMS 2020, fara a se limita la: cheltuieli cu ambalarea, cheltuieli cu transportul intern si/sau extern, cheltuieli cu asigurarile, cheltuieli in vama, cheltuieli cu obtinerea autorizatiilor necesare, etc. In urma evaluarii ofertelor primite, pentru ofertele declarate “admisibile”, se va solicita imbunatatirea ofertelor din punct de vedere financiar. Termen de livrare: 30 de zile de la semnarea contractului. Entitatea contractanta are dreptul de a notifica imediat Operatorul economic, in scris, de orice plangere sau reclamatie ce apare in conformitate cu aceasta garanţie. La primirea unei astfel de notificari, Operatorul economic are obligatia de a remedia defectiunea sau de a inlocui produsul in perioada convenita, fara costuri suplimentare pentru Entitatea contractanta. La livrare produsele vor fi insotite de documentele mentionate in cap 5 a Caietului de sarcini. Cerintele Caietului de sarcini sunt minime si obligatorii. Ofertele tehnice si financiare, insotite de: - formularele F-GC-00-01/4 si F-GC-00-01/5 (atasate Caietului de sarcini) vor fi transmise pana in data de 27.01.2026, ora 23:59, pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected].
