Contractul prevede furnizarea de anvelope de vara pentru parcul de autosanitare al SAJ Mures cu urmatoarele specificatii: Denumire Caracteristici UM Cantitate Anvelope autosanitara 225x65xR16C 112/110T DOT 2026 buc 88 Anvelope autosanitara 215x60xR17C 109/107T DOT 2026 Buc 22 Anvelope autosanitara 225x75xR16C 121/120R DOT 2026 Buc 6 Alte caracteristici: - Eficiență consum combustibil - Aderență pe carosabil umed Termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor: 30.03.2026 Valabilitatea ofertei: 30 de zile Termenul furnizare și prestare a serviciilor solicitate: 20.04.2026 Oferta prezentată de participant va fi exprimată în lei fără TVA Oferta va conține: 1. Formularul de ofertă financiară și tehnică, respectând cerințele minimale de mai sus; 2. Certificat constatator emis de ONRC din care să reiasă că operatorul economic este legal constituit, că nu se află în niciuna din situațiile de anulare a constituirii precum și faptul că are capacitatea profesională de a realiza activitățile care fac obiectul contractului 3. Declarație privind respectarea legislației privind condițiile de mediu, social și cu privire la relațiile de muncă 4. Declarație privind neîncadrarea în situațiile prevăzute de art. 59 din legea 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice 5. Declarație pe propria răspundere privind asigurarea stocului de anvelope la termenul de livrare și montare Înregistrarea ofertei în catalorgul electronic pe site-ul www.e-licitatie.ro este OBLIGATORIE. Anvelopele vor fi noi, exclus produse reșapate, vor fi garantate pentru un parcurs de 40.000 km ținând cont de regimul de rulare al autosanitarelor care aparțin unui serviciu de urgență prespitalicească. Prețul pe anvelopă va include montajul, echilibrarea, preluarea anvelopelor uzate și depozitarea până la data programată pentru montaj – servicii care vor fi asigurate pe raza municipiului Târgu Mureș sau zona limitrofă, în limita a 10 km față de sediul instituției (Tg. Mureș, str. Secuilor Martiri, nr. 16)
