Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze un numar de 56 casete pentru pastrarea armamentului si munitiei, conform specificatiei tehnice puse la dispozitie. Se va intocmi comanda cu termen de livrare 30 zile de la data acesteia. Plata se va efectua cu O.P. in contul de trezorerie al furnizorului, in termen de 30 zile de la emiterea facturii, dupa efectuarea receptiei cantitative si calitative. Furnizorul va suporta toate cheltuielile legate de transportul si livrarea produselor, iar acestea trebuie sa fie însoţite de certificate de calitate/conformitate/garanţie. Ofertantul castigator va publica oferta in catalogul S.E.A.P in vederea atribuirii . Operatorii economici interesați vor depune oferta in termenul prevazut in anunt. Aceasta va fi transmisa pe adresa de e-mail [email protected], in format scanat, cu semnatura si stampila. Perioada de valabilitate a ofertei trebuie sa fie 30 zile, având caracter ferm si obligatoriu din punct de vedere al continutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate.
