Furnizare cocarde tricolore personalizate Furnizare 300 de cocarde tricolore personalizate conform specificații atașate Prețul unitar va fi exprimat în LEI fără TVA și va fi ferm pe toată perioada de valabilitate a ofertei. Perioada de valabilitate a ofertei va fi de minim 30 de zile. Achiziția se va finaliza în SEAP (după desemnarea câștigătorului, acesta va publica oferta în catalogul electronic din SEAP). Produsele însoțite de factură vor ajunge la sediul unității in cel mult 15 zile de la data finalizării comenzii în SEAP. Livrare la sediul UM 02132 Constanta - str. Aviator Mircea Zorileanu, nr. 2, Palazu Mare. Prețul ofertat va cuprinde și cheltuielile cu logistica (transport; desfacere; livrare în depozit). La primirea produselor acestea vor fi însoțite de factura fiscala cu cont de TREZORERIE, aviz de expediție marfă, certificate de calitate/de conformitate/ agremente tehnice/ marcaje CE/certificate de garanție etc. Plata se va efectua cu OP în aprox. 30-45 zile de la recepție si primirea facturii electronice prin sistemul național privind factura electronica RO e-Factura. Ofertele se vor trimite până la data și ora limită din prezentul anunț pe adresa de email: [email protected]. Autoritatea contractantă are deplina decizie în selectarea ofertantului câștigător, fără a fi obligată să prezinte justificări celorlalți ofertanți participanți la achiziția mai sus specificată.
